  The Adams & Westlake #250 "Kero" Lantern was introduced about 1926. This old B&O Railroad lantern with its ruby red glass globe was produced from about 1926 to about 1930 when it was replaced with #300 and #400 models.   Pretty butter crock decorated with cobalt and light mocha colors with darker brown accents is reminiscent of German pottery. The top of the butter crock is decorated with folk art flower designs, while the crock is encircled with bucolic scenes of milkmaids and cows. This little crock is in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is some slight surface crazing in the glaze which is typical of vintage and antique pieces of pottery... • Pitchforks and Scythes
  
  Handmade primitive three prong pitchfork. This old pitchfork was made from one piece of wood which was split into three tines; there are two wedges of wood between the tines. This neat old primitive has a smooth patina. It is in very good antique condition, but it looks like someone tried to repair it as there are some nails holding the wedges in place as well as being wrapped with wire... Price $135.00 SOLD

  Austrian-made scythe blade with the label still intact. The label with two cows and other decoration reads Gute Schneid on one side in the middle it reads Marke Zwei Rinder Garantie and on the other side it reads Halbe Arbeit. The blade is 28" in length and is in excellent condition. WK is stamped on the end on one side of the blade and on the other side it is stamped Made in Austria. There is some paint loss but overall this is in beautiful antique condition. Scythe blades have been made in Austria since the middle ages. Austrian blades are usually hand forged, wafer thin, to an elegant curve in all three dimensions which assists the cutting angle of the blade and prevents it digging into the ground which makes it easier to sharpen at the correct angle...
